A TCM classic — the San Bao formula
"Three Treasures" (San Bao) — one of the most famous formulas in traditional Chinese medicine, combining three fundamental substances: Jing (essence), Qi (energy) and Shen (spirit). The WHIEDA elixir recreates this ancient formula in a modern concentrated form.
What "Three Treasures" means
In the TCM canon, the body rests on three energies:
- Jing — the deep vital resource, responsible for youth, reproduction and recovery
- Qi — daily life energy, tone and performance
- Shen — clarity of mind, emotional balance, quality of sleep and dreams
When all three are in harmony, a person is healthy. The elixir works to strengthen each of them.
